How to Care forThai Fishermans Pants
Our Toray Fisherman pants, (also available in Capri length) are very easy to look after, and by following a few basic rules will last many years.
We recommend to machine or hand wash your fisherman pants in cool water with similar colors. “Do not Tumble Dry”. Use a cool iron, don’t use bleach.
You can reduce the dye running and prolong the color by soaking in a solution of saltwater or a mild solution of fabric softener overnight.
* Some colors of our Toray pants may appear to have a slight sheen, this is due to the natural dyes used, this will disappear after a wash.

I bought a pair of capri fit Thai pants and was expecting the same thing. Unfortunately, the “light fabric” part of the title didn’t register with me. The pants are a light, flowy cotton like pajama pants. My only other frustration is there’s no pocket. Otherwise, it fits great and it’s a player my lounging line up.

These pants fit fine. The length is an issue for me. The model in the image must have a short inseam. I am only 5feet 5inches. However, my inseam is 33 inches. These pants are not full-length on me. They are move like capris.

Once you figure out how to fasten it – very comfortable. I’m 5 foot nothing and typically wear size 14 pant. These fit me just fine. Be warned that it has a dropped crotch, so my legs looked shorter than normal. Worked perfectly for my Halloween costume. I ordered the Black.

Very comfortable pants. Getting them on and off takes some getting used to, but they’re great for summer lounging. The durability is about what you’d expect for the price. Wouldn’t wear them hiking or anything, but they seem like they’ll survive normal use. It takes a very long time for them to be delivered, but they say that when you make your purchase. It made it on the first day of the projected delivery window. And it would fit some one who is “plus size”. You would have to be too big to get around on your own for these pants not to fit you.

Having in mind it is a fisherman pants, it is what is supposed to be… short! I would love it to fit as it fits in the picture, but it is much shorter and looks looser. Besides, the inseam, if you accomodate the lenght at the middle of your calf and the folding at waist in a way it is not too bulgie, gets in the meedle of the thigh and looks funny. You have the option to pull up the inseam, but it is going to get even shorter… It is not flatterig, for make you look disproportionate. Despite that, the material is very good and it is confy. I guess light colours would be see through, that is why I bought the dark blue one. I am really divide between returning and keeping it.

No Elastic in Waistband. If one size means you can fit a tree trunk in each leg.. then yes.. but there is no elastic in the waistband so you can’t adjust the fit. I am donating them to goodwill. Even if I added elastic to the wasitband there would be soooooooooo much extra material that one would feel as if they were being cinched by a paper bag. Really disapointed in this product

I’m a curvy girl but go up and down with weight. These are THE BEST yoga pants on the planet. I also put them on first thing out of bed. You may need instructions to put them on but they are included. Ties start in the back, pull excess fabric out straight in front. Fold inward, tie on outside in the front and fold the top fabric over. Ta-dah! Done.

Overall satisfied. I bought 2, a black and a burgundy. They are thin and cool and great for summer. A little on a short side. I am 5.5 and I was worried that since these pants are unisex they might be too long for me but in contrary they were short. I still like them and tie them a little lower on my hip so they reach my ankles. I wore the black one once and washed it once. It didn’t shrink. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. I didn’t give it a 5 star because of the length and because I haven’t worn it enough to see how long it will last.

So comfortable and cool looking! are very comfortable and I like the martial art-like look. I wear them everywhere, to yoga, work, even casual parties (depends on what you match them with). The sewing on one part is not as clean but since it’s black you can’t see. I wash them in washer and dry them in dryer, they didn’t shrink and the color didn’t run. The only negative comment I should make is that they are on shorter side, they stand above the ankle. I am 5.5 and I prefer them to be a little longer but still not a deal breaker. I bought burgundy ones too.
