How to Care for Your Purple Tie Dye Pants

Many people are worried about tie-dye clothing care but there really isn’t any need to worry.

For best results soak your rayon pants in lukewarm salt water or fabric softener overnight, this will set and keep the colors brighter for longer.

We recommend handwashing whenever possible although a cool machine wash should also be fine. “Do not Tumble Dry” and use a cool Iron. No Bleach.

    LOVE LOVE LOVE, the fit is really flattering. I am 5’6″, a size 8, and they fit me perfectly and are a perfect length, right at the ankle, but they doesn’t really fold down over like they do on the model in the photo. I also have an ample backside and thighs, which can cause fit issues in pants for me, but no problem with these at all. The colors and pattern in person are MUCH prettier and more vibrant than the photos in both colors I ordered. I just wore them on a beach trip we took and got TONS of compliments! I’ve also washed both pair and they washed well, hung them dry, and they didn’t shrink at all. They do need a little ironing after washing, but they are easy to iron. They’re not the kind of pants that need to look perfectly pressed, so a quick sweep with a hot iron does the trick.

    These pants are very comfortable and colorful. The waistband was a little tight, so I cut the elastic and will use the drawstring instead. The seams are a bit fragile. They are already giving way in the crotch area, so I will likely have to mend at some point. They are not tight, but quite baggy and I think when I bent over is when the seam broke. I’m 150 lbs, 5’4″(women’s size 10) and the length is pretty much perfect. For a taller person they will ride up more on your legs. I’ve already hand washed them once. They will leave the water almost blood red so do not wash anything with them. The fabric is soft and pretty opaque.
